What Sets Our Firm Apart?

Transcript

Sean Banafsheh: What sets us apart from other firms is the attention that we give to our clients. When I say that we really treat someone like family, we really try to treat someone like family. We’re a large-sized firm, where we have enough attorneys and enough fight within us and resources to take on anybody, but no one gets lost in the shuffle here. There are tons of clients that have my cell phone number, my partner Shawn’s cell phone number, my partner Raphael’s. We are on the clock 24/7.

Shawn McCann: It’s important when selecting an attorney to choose someone who has the resources available to adequately investigate the case and to work it up, who has the experience to negotiate a just settlement, if it’s possible, and who’s willing and ready to take it into the courtroom and try the case to a jury.

Lauren Horwitz: One of the best parts of my job is being able to tell my client that we’ve been able to hold the person who wronged them accountable. It gives me no greater satisfaction than to let them know that someone is fighting for them. And one of the best parts of my job is ensuring that my clients get justice at the end of the day.

Raphael Javid: Our firm has a track history of handling very substantial cases. We have cases that have resolved for an excess of $30 million. We’ve had over 40 or 50 cases that have resolved in excess of a million dollars. And there’s not going to be firms that have done that.

Sean: We try to get you the maximum, humanly possible on every single case that we have, not because it benefits us financially, but because we have a sense of pride in what we do. When I go to bed at night, it makes me feel good knowing that I got the best result for that client.
