ABOUT OUR ATTORNEY REFERRAL PROGRAM
At BD&J we value attorneys who go out of their way to trust us with their personal referrals. We love building relationships with attorneys across the country and for that reason we pay up to 50% referral fees. While we prefer to be retained as soon as possible, we accept referrals at any point of the case; however the more hands on we are throughout the prosecution of a case, the greater an impact we can have on the end result. Additionally, if the client you refer us later refers us another client, we will pay you another generous referral fee for the new case as well.
WHY YOU SHOULD REFER YOUR CASE TO BD&J
BD&J is one of the best Personal Injury law firms in California. It was built upon the foundations of honesty, hard-work, and experience.. At BD&J, we are also known as tactful and aggressive litigators and we bring our knowledge, experience, and savvy to each and every case. We also promptly pay all referral fees upon the distribution of the case.
THE ETHICS OF FEE SHARING BETWEEN LAWYERS
Lots of attorneys mistakenly believe that they cannot accept anything of value for referring a case to another attorney. California Rule of Professional Conduct §2-200 authorizes an attorney to share fees with another attorney so long as the client approves of the fee split in writing and the arrangement does not increase the overall fee to the client. We comply with all state bar rules and will provide you with a signed, §2-200 complaint, letter confirming the fee arrangement for your records.
