Associate Attorney

David earned his J.D. from Whittier Law School and now represents clients of BD&J as a personal injury attorney in Los Angeles.

He is an associate attorney at BD&J, managing the prelitigation department for the firm. He handles countless files for clients and is proud to provide personalized counsel and representation in their time of need. David’s practice areas include animal and dog bites, vehicle accidents, and various other personal injury incidents.

Past Experience

David has served as a law clerk for the Law Office of Julie Ganapolsky, getting his first experience in the personal injury practice. He helped negotiate injury settlements, draft demands, and performed legal research to ensure the firm’s clients had the strongest cases possible.

He gained previous experience working as an associate attorney for Telleria, Levy & Ayers, LLP, where he represented respondents in EOIR removal proceedings and other immigration matters.

Desire to Give Back

With a heart for volunteer service, David joined the Whittier Law School Special Education Clinic as a legal advocate while in school, serving as an advocate on behalf of special education students and parents in the IEPs process.

Maintaining his heart for volunteer work, David currently offers his time as a volunteer attorney for Catholic Charities, working during various fairs and events.
