TC Walker-Dupler is an attorney with BD&J. He focuses his practice exclusively on representing people involved in personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases. Prior to joining BD&J, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal in Federal Court, where he wrote orders and researched complicated civil evidentiary issues before the court.
TC is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in California State Courts and Federal District Courts in the Central District of California. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending Loyola he served as a staff member and editor of the Loyola Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, he volunteered with the Los Angeles School District where he taught trial advocacy and participated in Loyola’s Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy Practicums where he focused on practical lawyering strategies to be an effective litigator. Prior to law school, TC worked 5 years at Walker Advertising/Los Defensores, focusing on providing legal access to underserved Latinos in the US via mass media. This experience inspired him to pursue law and protect people who would otherwise be taken advantage of. He also spent a year teaching English in Madrid and studied for a year in Salamanca, Spain where he studied Business and Spanish.
