Mathew Babadjouni is a managing attorney at BD&J, specializing in catastrophic personal injury and Traumatic Brain Injury cases. Mr. Babadjouni brings an arsenal of vast experiences to his practice, from corporate America to prior work with politicians in the United States Capitol. Prior to joining BD&J, Mathew began his career at a multifaceted personal injury firm where he managed, litigated, and tried distinct personal injury cases in all phases of litigation. Mathew’s ability to successfully fight for his clients and obtain significant results stems from his versatile experiences, which he employs for his clients. These experiences include years of litigation work in entertainment and corporate law at several prestigious California law firms. Mathew is also a certified mediator in which he mediated, negotiated, and drafted successful agreements between parties previously unable to reach a compromise.
Mathew has represented plaintiffs in federal and state courts and has recovered millions on behalf of his clients. He has handled hundreds of cases including wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, slip and falls, premises liability, and automobile accidents.
Mr. Babadjouni is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (LMU), and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC).

Mr. Babadjouni spent 2013 working with a U.S. Senator at the United States Capitol, in Washington, D.C. During his time in Washington, Mr. Babadjouni attended congressional hearings and briefings on various matters. His work in Washington paved the way for his legal career.
In 2014, Mr. Babadjouni was hand-selected from the University of Southern California to participate in the revival of Detroit, Michigan. After filing for bankruptcy, Detroit needed solutions. Mr. Babadjouni was invited to participate in the revitalization of the city masterplan. After several months of site visits, research, and meetings with leading industries, corporations, and politicians in the city, Mr. Babadjouni co-authored and published Blueprint Detroit that went on to be implemented by the city of Detroit. A copy of his publication has since been placed for display at the University of Southern California.
